So, You Want More Support From Your Upline?

This post is for you, network marketers / direct sellers, who have enrolled in a company and you feel like you don’t have enough upline support or your sponsor is not supporting you enough.
How are you going to deal with it and what can you do about it? I’ve got some awesome tips for you.
I’m a leader of quite a large organization within a network marketing company for over two years now and some days it’s quite a juggle dealing with everyone and everything. Us as leaders are always being taught that us as leaders need to be spending 80% of our time building our personal business (prospecting, following up, sponsoring people, selling products or services)
That means that there’s only 20% of time left to be mentoring, coaching them and dealing with whatever they need help with.
How are you going to your upline’s attention to fit yourself into that tiny 20% of the time that they have available?
Lucky for you, there are a few things you can do! Click PLAY to watch my episode on this very topic.

  1. You’re going to need to get active, you’ve got to show up. Most likely you have a team group on Facebook. You’ve got to show up there, comment an engage! Even if you’re not really good at sales or sponsoring and yet, show up so your upline see s that you are serious.
  2. When the sponsor sends you messages, be sure you respond to them. If you have a good relationship with your upline or your sponsor, there’s a better likelihood that you will work well together and you will produce better results together.
  3. Take your upline’s advice and implement what you have learned! Make sure that you respect their time and are and actually implementing things that they teach you.
  4. Maybe your direct sponsor is not super active in the business, but somebody above them obviously must be working. Don’t be shy to reach out to that person and say hey my name is … I just joined this company I am so excited, but my up line is not really working the business. Is it OK if I work with you? I love receiving those kinds of messages because it shows me that this person is a go-getter and I better take note of that name so that I can keep in close contact with them.
  5. Reach out to the upline. Ask for help. Simple as that!

Whether you are an entrepreneur or someone who is looking into opportunities to start your own business online, in order to be successful, there are certain things to look out for in a company before you take the plunge.
Everyone is different, so it’s important to dig deep and know what to look for, to find the perfect fit for you. Discover what questions I learned to ask and how I found the ideal fit for myself. Download your FREE COPY
